Alex Kholodenko

Co-Founder

Alex is  a Co-Founder of Wealthy Mind Mind Investments has been actively involved in $2B+ of Commercial Real Estate transactions. He is a Fund Manager, General Partner, Syndicator and Passive Investor in over 60 investments. 

After investing in the stock market for many years and building a large portfolio. He started investing in single-family homes, tax deeds, mortgages, and fix and flips, then quickly realized it was taking too much time, substantial amount of risk and not a scalable way to build a diversified portfolio. He had discovered through studying and research the power of passive investing in syndications and never looked back since then.

He spent 20+ years in Silicon Valley, working as a Tech Executive for Fortune 500 and startup companies, before leaving corporate America. His fascination with the concept of creating passive income streams to achieve financial freedom turned into a reality, so now he wants to help others do the same.

At  Wealthy Mind Investments, Alex oversees Deal Structuring, Due Diligence process, Investor Relations and Strategic Partnerships.

Alex also enjoys investing into early stage ventures and other alternative niches.

He is an avid sports fan, and world traveler as well as into constant and never ending improvement while continuing Personal Development journey such as: Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor, Joe Dispenza. He volunteers his time to feed the homeless and support cancer research.

He lives in the Golden State on the Peninsula with his family and 2 sons.

Ashish Sanan

Co-Founder

Ashish co-founded Wealthy Mind Investments to help busy professionals invest in curated commercial real estate and build passive income streams.

In addition to a data-driven and analytical approach to real estate acquisitions, Ashish has strategic partnerships in commercial real estate development, hospitality, and almond farming. He is constantly evaluating lucrative investments to help grow investors’ portfolios.

Ashish had a 20-year career as a technology executive in the software industry, working with Silicon Valley businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He was a partner in a SalesForce solutions consulting business which was acquired in 2016.

Ashish is originally from India. For the past 25+ years, he has resided in Silicon Valley with his wife and two children.

He loves traveling, reading, biking and hiking over the weekend.

Dimple Sanghavi

Co-Founder

Dimple has been a professional bookkeeper for over 10 years. She has extensive experience working with small to medium enterprise companies ranging from Software, Manufacturing, Retail, and Real estate Funds.

She enjoys working in teams and is well organized and has an eye for detail. She enjoys traveling, listening to music, hiking, and spending time with family.

She has a bachelor’s in finance from Cal State East Bay.

Dr. Pradnya Mitroo

Co-Founder

Dr. Pradnya Mitroo has invested passively in several multifamily investments as a GP and LP totaling over 1200+ units in 4 markets.

Pradnya has a diverse real estate investment portfolio which includes multiple single-family and short-term rentals along the California coastline and major cities in California.  Her investments also include commercial real estate partnerships in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Mitroo is a practicing gastroenterologist with 17 years of experience and is a Managing Partner of Digestive Disease Consultants, a six-physician gastroenterology practice.  She is also a partner at Central California Endoscopy Center, one of the largest outpatient centers in California.

She had partnered on multiple lucrative investment opportunities with Wealthy Mind Investments.

Since starting her journey in multifamily investment she has enjoyed teaching friends and family about multifamily and is looking forward to helping more people on their journey to achieving financial freedom.

Nonna Pikiner

Co-Founder

Nonna has been involved in real estate investing as a long-term wealth-building strategy since 2017.  Nonna’s passion for the multifamily industry opened educational and networking doors leading to substantial achievements in assets operations and management.

Nonna is an accomplished Legal Operation Specialist in the intellectual property field, which she joined over 20 years ago. Her experience and skills in the corporate world include implementation of complex projects, providing support in major lawsuits, administrating a portfolio of 17,000 patents, and managing $12M to $25M annual legal budgets.

Nonna has founded multiple business ventures and is currently managing several businesses, including NashDom, LLC. She is specializing in value add multifamily properties and is in the process of building an investment portfolio of large commercial-size apartment complexes, all along benefiting from passive income and taking tax advantages of passive loss. Nonna is a budget-oriented profit-driven real estate enthusiast who is successful in identifying good investment opportunities and introducing such opportunities to busy professionals.

She had partnered on multiple lucrative investment opportunities with Wealthy Mind Investments.

Nonna is originally from Ukraine and has been residing in Campbell, California, for 30 years where she and her husband raised two wonderful daughters.

Venkatesh Anandaram

Co-Founder

Venkatesh Anandaram started his real estate journey back in 2016 by investing in multiple single-family rental properties. He was introduced to passive real estate syndication in 2020. Since then, he has invested as a Limited Partner in several syndication deals across the sunbelt states. Venkatesh has a diverse real estate portfolio with investments in multifamily, storage, and senior assisted living asset classes, both existing and new builds.

He recently moved into an active investor relationship role in 2 deals by introducing many of his friends and coworkers to syndication passive real estate investing.

Venkatesh Anandaram is a Technology Executive in Silicon Valley with 25 years of experience in delivering world-class Enterprise data and analytics products, driving digital transformation and data enablement for Fortune 500 organizations. He has worked for large tech companies like Veritas, Symantec, Cisco, Adobe, and Atlassian. Venkatesh is based out of Bay Area, California.

His passion for real estate and experience investing in a passive role led him to develop a deep understanding of multifamily syndication mechanics. Venkatesh spends time creating awareness and educating people about the value of a diversified portfolio, emphasizing real estate passive investment opportunities leading to the creation of generational wealth and financial freedom.
