He appeared in over 175 television, film, and commercial projects as a professional actor, producer, and director.
He turned to real estate to build a legacy and create financial freedom for his family.
At the beginning of his real estate investing journey, he tried wholesaling residential flip properties, buy and hold, tax lien, and note/trust deed investing.
Then he transitioned to home sales and loan origination as a licensed Realtor in the greater Los Angeles area.
Now Mark is a founding partner of Prosperity CRE, which focuses on acquiring multifamily and industrial assets.
