I talk with Elsa, the Managing Partner for investNOW Capital a private equity Real Estate firm.
She is currently managing a portfolio of over $30M AUM of commercial real estate, specifically in multifamily and pre-construction development. Elsa is a national speaker and multifamily mentor. She helps people to generate wealth through passive Real Estate investments. Prior to investNOW Capital, Elsa served as CEO for Sunrise Equity Group, and CFO for North Star Development. She also had 15 corporate years as a Financial Controller prior to her real estate career.
Elsa has an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Business Management.
Growing up in a small village in Vietnam, Elsa knew first-hand the disastrous impacts of poverty and lack of education. As she had the opportunity to immigrate to the US at the age of 13, she was determined to leverage the opportunities in this country to make a difference in her own life and the lives of others, especially those in third-world countries.
